About Your Perth Chiropractor

Meet your Cannington Chiropractor Dr Tony Ivory – Dr of Chiropractic (DC)

I was born to be a Chiropractor. When I was young my father suffered reoccurring severe back spasms and was known to spend days in bed unable to move, that was, until his friend recommended he see a Chiropractor. How much did it help? It changed his life in a such a way he wanted to change others lives. Within a year he took us to America and attended Palmer College of Chiropractic for 5 years.

I also witnessed the benefits of this amazing profession and followed in his footsteps.

Everyday I see people’s daily lives improve – suffering less pain and being able to lead a more complete, satisfying life. To be the best Chiropractor I can and get the best results, trust and confidence is imperative. Getting well is a team effort and getting the best treatment for back pain involves experience, skill and listening to the patients preferences for evidence based treatment options that are offered at our clinic, so you experience a great outcome.

On a personal level, when I’m not in the office I’m usually at home with my family and with 4 children, life is busy! I still get the opportunity to enjoy long walks around the beautiful river with my wife and from time to time a few rounds of golf. In summer you’ll find me on the beach with the dogs.

Frequently Asked Questions Q: Who Goes To a Chiropractor?

The answer is everyone from all walks of life. The common feature of chiropractic patients is that they wish to be proactive about their health and are sick of hearing
“it’s your age” or “learn to live with it”. The chiropractic patient participates in their return to health by exercising, concentrating on posture and correct spinal ergonomics.
They don’t tend to believe a tablet is going to realign a joint and do all the work.
